Hernia Post Op I had a right hernia repair (open with mesh) on 3/8/10. First week was pretty rough. It has gradually decreased in pain and the incision is healing nicely. I did have post op on Monday 3/29/10 and was given the green light to resume activities and return to work. I rode lightly...
