Thoughts on increasing the penalty if a rider is "popped"? Why not a 4 year ban instead of a two year? If guilty, why not huge fines to go towards testing? Other thoughts?

I would say that the mayo and salsa are outnumbered! I'm currently drinking a 1554. I'm a fan of stouts, porter's etc. 1554 is at least dark.
