    Advice for watching RVV live

Thanks a lot, this was very helpful. I already had the impression that my plan might be overly ambitious, so will target Oudenaarde right away in the morning. As for the discussion around following races live, for me it's more about the spectacle of the crowd and seeing these iconic places with...

    Advice for watching RVV live

Hi, I'm planning to go watch the Ronde in person for the first time next year. Ideally, I'd like to stay in Bruges and watch the start, then hop on a train to Oudenaarde and make my way to Oude Kwaremont for the remainder of the day. To those of you with previous experience in this arena...

    Richie Porte Discussion Thread.

“For me, I just think that the spectacle should be the finish on top of a mountain, not having to take unnecessary risks to get to the bottom of a stage" Wow. He's starting to sound like Andy. Pathetic.

TdF 2017 stage 8: Dole > Station des Rousses 187,5 km

Please not Roche. Although that would fit this frustrating Tour, I guess.

Who will win the World 2013 ITT Championships?

Kessiakoff is not riding, citing a too flat course as the reason.

    2013 Vuelta a España, Stage 2: Pontevedra - Baiona 177.7 Km

Indeed, he's focusing on the worlds. Apparently didn't even want to ride the Vuelta, but the team made him since it's the best WC preparation.

    : 2013 Tour de France, stage 19: Bourg-d'Oisans / Le Grand-Bornand, 203.5km

I'll be disappointed if Nairito doesn't even try to drop Contador. He could do it without problems. Outsider or Purito/Valverde ftw.

2013 Tour de France, Stage 15: Givors - Mont Ventoux 242.5 Km

Easy for the dawg. Quintana, Mollema, Ten Dam and Purito will drop Contador.

Who will come 2nd in the Tour?

Before today, I would've said Nairito. I reckon he's a bit far back now though, so Valverde it is. Mollema for 3rd, Nairo 4th and Contador 5th.

What stage will Chris Froome Pop?

    Not happening.

    Transfers and Rumours 2013 > 2014

Shalunov should be on Tinkov's radar as well. Seems like a big talent, although I guess he could be another Zakarin/Novikov. Another one that comes to mind is Firsanov. He was awesome last year, but seems to have cooled down. Maybe Tinkoff can get him back on top?

Who will be closest to Froome after first TT?

Valverde, as long as he keeps it somewhat together in the TT. Otherwise Kwiatkowski. Contador and Kreuziger will drop several places.
