Cosnefroy looked strong but got a bit unlucky with how the tactics turned out, and burnt all his matches for the finish by chasing the front duo alone Edit: Christen is 17th

Yeah, and clever riding from Grégoire to use Visma's strength in number at his advantage instead of riding passively

Simon Carr is making an impressive start of the season so far after an abysmal 2025 Edit: PCS reported that the Cofidis in the front group in Drôme was rather Aranburu, my bad

Murilo Fischer is the only one I can think about, so that would be 15 years: https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/trofeo-calvia/2011/result

Strong break in France, not sure that the peloton will catch it as EF lacks firepower to support Lamperti. Laurance VS Loulergue (and maybe Manzin) to sprint for victory?

I'm surprised by the performance of Costiou, I wasn't rating him high in TT, it's impressive he beats Decomble on this one (and Larsen as well, but the climb wasn't ideal for him).

World Championship 2025: Mens U23 and Junior ITTs and RRs

Of course he's nowhere near other 1st/2nd year U23 like Seixas, Finn, Philipsen, Widar and company, but Decomble had quite a successful U23 season: Win in Paris-Tour, 2nd in European RR, 3rd in World ITT, 4th in European ITT, 4th in Liege, 5th in Avenir (that breakaway helped ofc but he was...

    Tour de Suisse 2025 - Men's (June 15- June 22)

Ah, my bad then, I didn't get that.

    Tour de Suisse 2025 - Men's (June 15- June 22)

Onley chased it first with Almeida in his wheel, which gave a perfect launchpad for Almeida in the sprint. Ofc Almeida did everything right here, but "no help" is a bit of an overstatement.

    Tour de Suisse 2025 - Men's (June 15- June 22)

Yeah, especially when seeing how Barré and Champoussin improved this year after leaving Arkea. Of course it doesn't mean it'd be necessarily the same for Costiou but it's a great pic.

    Tour de Suisse 2025 - Men's (June 15- June 22)

I think it's also quite likely that he has relatively poor recovery abilities, it seems he's performing worse relative to the competition as the week goes on.

    Tour de Suisse 2025 - Men's (June 15- June 22)

I didn't have the impression he was struggling particularly with the attacks, but the fact he had to do a lot of effort himself without the help of any teammate probably tired him a lot and I guess that's why he wasn't able to have a better kick for the sprint in the final. The level of Madouas...

Both him and Hirschi pulled the bunch with 40km to go, Tudor was aiming for Mayrhofer today. I think his effort in the final was also for helping Mayhrofer in the sprint
