Of course he's nowhere near other 1st/2nd year U23 like Seixas, Finn, Philipsen, Widar and company, but Decomble had quite a successful U23 season: Win in Paris-Tour, 2nd in European RR, 3rd in World ITT, 4th in European ITT, 4th in Liege, 5th in Avenir (that breakaway helped ofc but he was surprisingly strong in the two final stages). Also some good results in Camino, Bessege, Alpes-Isere Tour and in some 1.1 races,

I'm curious what kind of rider he will develop into as he's a great all rounder at the U23 level. Maybe a similar profile as Kwiatkowski?
