Petersen can win the Deutschland Tour too? He can win the prologue, stage 1 is also perfect for him. The queen stage (stage 2) with Winterberg is really not that hard. The last two stages is for the pure sprinters.

Fairly decent race. One downside was Wærenskjold's puncture. But wonder if a 16 km time trial is too long for this race? The gaps were kinda big. Luckily, it was placed as the last stage. Having the TT as one of the first stages would have killed the action in Vejle.

That last corner with a cobbled bump is not ideal for a finish.

From what I know, Frederiksberg will not host ToD the future. The budget isn't there and Copenhagen is a busy place. But Bagsværd could very well replace it as the sprint stage. Nice crowds.

If they are serious about making a WT classics in the Vejle area.. using the same route as in stage racing with Kiddesvej as the final hill would be the most uncreative thing ever. Instead, they should stack up the late early, entire mid and early late part of the race with as many hills as...

I like the format of doing the same climb before the final circuit. Now add a climb harder than Ibækvej and put it closer to the finish line (I chose Østengaard). Loop it three times and you have a very hard pre-finale.

I feel like Wærenskjold could have finished 3rd without the puncture tbh. He looked pretty good on the longer climbs and the first Kiddesvej.

The legendary Rebellin was reborn in Skjelmose.

To be fair, these guys are some of the best in this kind of terrain. Only below Pog, Wout, Mathieu and perhaps Laporte. I'd like to see these parcours as a WC race.

What a shame. It kinda ruins what looked like the best edition in years.

Gl. Konge Landevej can easily be added to the circuit without adding a lot of length to the loop. 12 kilometres of four climbs. Gl. Kongevej and Gl. Højenvej being very close to each other.
