Nice move by Sagan. He can't rely on his sprint in this race. Needs to mix it up a bit.

Nice group with Sagan.

Bit of a mix up from BMC? Oss taking turns up front and GVA working behind?

Stuyven, Oss, Sagan, Bodnar
Not a great group for Sagan to work with. He'll probaly have to go solo quite far out if he doesn't want to drag two passengers to the line. Won't be too long before Stuyven and Oss are told to stop and wait for their leaders.

Kwiatkowski did what he always does.
Do well early on, reassure everyone that he definitely didn't peak too early this time, then peak too early.
Yeah, winning a monument and a classic is peaking too early.

He specifically said he was aiming for Liege. He did well a month before, now he's losing minutes on climbs and TTs
Yeah that's too early.

By your logic, if I aim for the Tour, win the Dauphine and DNF the Tour I didn't peak early.
No. By my logic, if, as a one day racer, you win a monument and a classic within a couple of weeks of each other, followed by a low key Pais Vasco, you have peaked perfectly.

Strade Bianche isn't a classic.
