He will have big chance to earn the point at Vuelta. His main goal this season. Sky could get TTT victory even, Wiggins, Stannard, Froome, Lofkvist. That way all their British riders wouldget WT points. But still with 21 stages Stnnard should be in break and score Top 5 to get him that neede dpoint.

But that won't do him any good, since the Vuelta is after the 15th of August, the date on which the spots for the Worlds are distributed.
