2012 race coverage

2012 has been a fun and interesting year. In particular, for race broadcasting. I have watched races this year that I thought I would never ever get the chance to watch. The broadcast of cycle racing, seems to me, to have reached a new high.

Ephing Fantastic! Yes! Thank you Eurosport! Thank you steephill steve! Thank you US races for figuring out how to stream broadcasts!

Have we EVER had so much good broadcasting and live reporting of races? Can it continue? It has been lovely. Has this not been the best year ever for race broadcasting?

It has been a bad year for coverage IMO. Catalonia is an example of this.

I see that Rai Sport 2 have over 3 hours of our much loved Giro dell'Emilia,
scheduled for live, this Saturday!
