You need to pick 12 riders, to a budget of 3000 points from the 31 December 2016 CQ download (so you can use your research from the main or youth games): this spreadsheet at Dropbox might help.
All riders are available (except Sagan, who would more than blow the budget single-handed), there are no doper rules.
There are 20 one day races that score CQ points in this game (one more than last year):
25/2 Omloop Het Nieuwsblad - 1.WT3
25/2 Sud Ardeche - 1.1
26/2 Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne - 1.HC
26/2 Drome Classic - 1.1
1/3 Le Samyn - 1.1
4/3 Strade Bianche - 1.WT3
5/3 GP Industria & Artigianato - 1.HC
5/3 Dwars door West-Vlaanderen - 1.1
15/3 Nokere Koerse - 1.HC
18/3 Milano - Sanremo - 1.WT1
22/3 Dwars door Vlaanderen - 1.WT3
24/3 E3 Harelbeke - 1.WT2
26/3 Gent - Wevelgem - 1.WT2
2/4 Ronde van Vlaanderen - 1.WT1
5/4 Scheldeprijs - 1.HC
9/4 Paris - Roubaix - 1.WT1
12/4 Brabantse Pijl - 1.HC
16/4 Amstel Gold Race - 1.WT2
19/4 La Flèche Wallonne - 1.WT2
23/4 Liège - Bastogne - Liège - 1.WT1
This comprises all of the European 1.WT and 1.HC races, and any 1.1 race that had at least 1/3 of the WT teams (i.e. at least 6) last year. Ardeche and Drome had 8, as did Dwars door West-Vlaanderen (albeit as a 3 day race, now one day), while Le Samyn had 7 and so those four are in. Missing the cut are: Ronde van Drenthe(1 WT team in 2016), Handzame Classic (5), Loire Atlantique (2), Cholet - Pays De Loire (2)(is this on this year?), Adélie de Vitré (2), Limburg Classic (2), GP Miguel Indurain (5), Vuelta a La Rioja (2), La Roue Tourangelle (2), Klasika Primavera de Amorebieta (1), Giro dell'Appennino (1), Paris-Camembert (1), Tour du Finistère (2) and Tro-Bro Léon(2).
Points should be higher than previously, as 5 races have been upgraded: Omloop, Strade Bianche and Dwars door Vlaanderen are at the new WT3 level, while Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne and GP Industria & Artigianato (not in last year's edition, as there had not been a 2015 edition) have gone up to HC level.
Lugano has changed its date to May, and so is now outside the date range of this game: GP Nobili Rubinetterie was listed last year, but didn't happen, nor is it scheduled this year. But Dwars door West Vlaanderen and GP Industria make up for that.

PM to me either at CN or at Velorooms by the beginning of the Omloop on Saturday 25 February (probably mid morning GMT)
Please submit names in CQ format (easily cut and pasted from the dropbox spreadsheet above) with nothing else on each line. I have sent my team to the first entrant, Hakkie.

One team is still over budget: the manager hasn't opened his PM in over 5 days. Otherwise, if you are listed here, your team is fine (in terms of the rules, if not necessarily of competitiveness)
Good luck to all.
