I think Roglic has no chance to get victory today. He had to fight all day yesterday, while the TT'ers were able to take things easier.

Roglic is running empty. No chance of a win. Might even struggle to take required time on Landa.
Without hanging on for a useless top 25, Jungels would have been in play today.
I hope Nibali gets very close to winning. It would be suitable for a man who couldn't make a difference in the mountains.
Looking forward to it.

The descent and last kms are full of turns so it'll be not so easy to gain time on the second part of the course - so not many "negative splits".

- Carapaz with a very conservative effort, loses time to Nibali but never really threatened
- Nibali finishes in the top ten on the stage and clinches a solid second overall
- Roglic with a less than stellar time trial, will be neck and neck with Landa for third place
