IMO Finestre is unlike any other climb in current cycling in that it's an hour+ long climb where you can drill it from the bottom to the top.

I have to say that this one was a very good stage to remember. Thanks to Caruso and Bardet to make it memorable. The landscaping was astonishing. The hairpins and the speed that they went up the last mountain was very nice. Shredding riders one by one by both, Caruso's group and Martinez group, was exciting. I wish we had had the stage 16 completely but weather really did not help that day. Oh well, probably until next year's parcours again.
