I am not sure about that, Almeida didnt race after the Giro, and Rui Costa is in good form, for the Road Race, about the TT, Nelson Oliveira and the Oliveira brothers will hace a word to say about that. Altough I am a Almeida fan and I will be very happy if he wins.

Almeida has the Oliveira twins to help him, just like last year. Costa and Guerreiro will be alone.
Nelson hasn't raced the national championships the last few years because of his preparation for the Tour. I'm assuming he will absent again for the same reason.
Almeida improved his ITT this year, so I assume he'll be able to win it.
