Hmm, not bad for Lancaster, was looking OK for a couple of stages in the Giro. First win since ToC years ago?

Poor Richeze.
Yeah, think he had a few WT points finishes in some of the later sprint finishes when he had to step in and take over the responsibilities of the increasably insipid Fatt Harley Goss.

Given the turnover that is likely to take place at OGE post 2013 season, he'd be on my retain list whereas some larger names should be "fed to the lions"

Roglic (23) is the biggest positive surprise of the race. He started competing on amateur level in 2011 and was doing OK. Last year he was already winning all the important amateur races in Slovenia and signed for Adria Mobil for 2013. This year he finished 15th overall and almost won KOM. Lampre is rumored to be interested in signing him in the future.

He used to be a perspective ski jumper - a junior world champion in the team event in 2007, but he couldn't find a decent form anymore after this terrible fall on the biggest ski jumping hill. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8kSNVxtdwI
