I just noticed the same. I wonder how hard they rode this stage looking at the results. Huge gaps and about half of the peloton outside the time limit.
Will they be allowed to start again?
Must've been a good stage to watch.

It's a single day race.

Étoile de Bessèges itself starts on Wednesday.
