I have read most of the report and note some interesting anomalies.

Almost an aside:

In one of AC's early submissions it is asserted/indicated that overturning the TdF 2011 results, if AC should win, would be no big deal.

Later submission to CAS indicated in spirit of natural justice that AC should retain his TdF title.
