If the recent positives are a result I wonder if we will get some CAS action to verify its legality.

Very good development on the testing side though, potential to have a bigger impact than the ABP.

Jakob Morkeberg was the lead researcher on the project and believes that the test could prove very important in fighting doping in sport.

Mørkeberg? I thought that guy was "not an anti doping expert". This is pretty good though. And funny how Di Luca keeps getting busted with these new tests.

Almost certainly.

Any time a new test is used I expect its merits to be debated at CAS.

One of the reasons why they take so much time to develop and really pin down new tests. The labs expect them to be challenged, and they have to hold up in a court.
