Astana and the Tour

What do you think the current state of the financial issues with Astana and how they will affect the Tour de France GC, and the Astana team itself?

I for one think if a new sponsor is found it will be very telling as to the alliances and where they lie internally with Astana or what ever they will be called. I also think they still will be a major force in the race.
