Best place to race...?

Hey all, if one was a young junior at 15 years old where would be the best place in Europe that he could visit to get in a solid month of racing? Good competitive racing a few times per week? Any suggestions?

Brits usually go to Belgium. Plenty of mid week crits and 2 day stage races.
