Triteriums are tough.... in-and-out of the red-zone almost constantly. Gotta be able to attack your opponent relentlessly during the 112 mile TT.
BroDeal said:I don't know, dude. Those sprint triteriums are tough. I did one then decided it was much easier to settle into a groove and ride for five hours at seventy or so percent of FTP in one of those long triteriums.
