The coach industry exists to scam triathletes, and I for one support this noble goal.

Gotta have a coach to design those block workouts to get ready for your A races.

I rode with some Tri-Girl the other day. She was training for some Ironman. Coach had her doing 20 x 30/30's......30 seconds, not minutes

Getting fit for al the upcoming Triteriums??

Triteriums are tough.... in-and-out of the red-zone almost constantly. Gotta be able to attack your opponent relentlessly during the 112 mile TT.

I don't know, dude. Those sprint triteriums are tough. I did one then decided it was much easier to settle into a groove and ride for five hours at seventy or so percent of FTP in one of those long triteriums.

Pffft. You probably don't win the bike splits very often.

I have an image of you behind her and she turns to you resting between interval asking "is my seat too high"?
