What will be the next victim of the biological passport?
The young American Tejay Van Garderen team HTC-Columbia gives us a clue about that on Twitter: "I fear that my blood values showed inconsistencies due to heavy blood loss due to to many mosquito bites.

At 21, Van Garderen finished second this year's Tour of Turkey and third in the Criterium du Dauphiné.

I think he is trying to be funny about having too many mosquito bites...

'Daotec' - I realise that English is not your first language but the 'Tweet' TvG sent is rather different than the one you had posted.

Your quote:
I fear that my blood values showed inconsistencies due to heavy blood loss due to to many mosquito bites.

Actual 'tweet':
I fear my blood values will show inconsistencies due to massive blood loss from mosquitoes.

Is it Doc ?

Yes, it is a completely different thing. Your post sounds like he is saying he has already showed inconsistencies. The actual post is joking that he might because of his bites. Completely different.

So TvG knows they will Doc ?

No, he is trying to be funny about getting a lot of mosquito bites. He is saying, in a joking way, that because he has had so much blood sucked out of him by mosquitoes, if they profile his blood, it will show irregular values. He knows it wouldn't make irregular values, he is trying to be funny.

At what age are you allowed finish on the podium on the Dauphine (clean)?
TvG won a stage in L'Avenir 2 years ago - he is obviously talented.

But your impications are not from his results - they were from a 'tweet', which was mistranslated.

It all depends on what the meaning of "is" is:rolleyes: It is all just a matter of semantics according to ex-President Clinton. I see it as a joke but if you would like to put some spin on it, spin away and let's see what ya come up with:D

Could someone PLEASE come in and shoot this thread?

Ok.
I just use the magic word but this matches to this thread very good anyway.

I remember an Armstrong-tweet ("Knock, knock. UCI anti-doping control. I will be found positive for one helluva deep sleep last night.") , and a luxemburgian paper made a "nice" article out of this.
That´s how things work.

"Armstrong upset over doping control" :D
"This damned control has robbed me of sleep," the seven-time winner of the Tour de France writes on his Twitter blog on Wednesday.
