I wrote Matin318is 3 weeks ago but he never responded, so, I guess I will have to address my question here instead.

Is it possible for a regular CN user to blog on the web-page? or is that only a function available for notable celebrities? I want to write a U-23 and junior blog hence the question.

You need to approach Susan Westemeyer about that.
She is a CN writer and the only mod with a professional affiliation with the CN website. All the other mods are volunteers for the forum only.
