In my teens drafting behind busses and RAF aircraft trucks was pretty standard practice (25 mph or so). Today I would not do it except when making LH turns from a stop light.

i had one of the riders in my team drafting behind our team vehicle for about 50km on a completely flat motorway, the speed varied from 60km/h to 95km/h without him being dropped.
