from Cyclingnews.com:

The second edition of the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race will take place on the same course as 2015 with Cadel Evans and race organisers hoping to replicate the aggressive and attacking racing that was on show in Geelong last February. The upgrading of the race from 1.1 to 1.HC allows for further WorldTour team participation with nine teams confirmed for the race including BMC Racing Team, Orica-GreenEdge and Team Sky.

Mark Cavendish starts his 2016 road season at the race with Data Dimension while Rohan Dennis and Simon Gerrans will both be racing come January 31 with further riders to be confirmed over the next month along with the list of Continental teams.

Portuguese broadcaster (CMTV, their first transmission) is broadcasting this with a delay of 60km because they only went on the air at 01h30 GMT and decided to replay the race from the beginning.

I heard Paulo Martins is commentating? Can't imagine worse possible coverage and a worse channel. So many reasons not to watch it.

Yes, he and Américo Silva.

Howard did a good ride to be in a group chasing Meyer, Puccio and Valls and did a nice sprint at the end, so his frustration is understandable. Really good ride by Kennaugh and it was nice to see all the attacks throughout the race. Good to see that Sky rode aggressively too.
