Campagnolo and Shimano

I am looking at buyin a TT bike. It has Campognolo Record on it with a Disk wheel. My question is if it is a windy day I might not want to use the disc. My other wheels all have either Durace or SRAM red hubs cassets on them. Can I use those or would I have to buy anouther wheel?

Thanks that is better then a no. so what it looks like is I get one of these cog sets to put on my other race wheel if I had to use it on the TT bike correct
