Campy Time Trial Shifters

I recently purchased a pair of the new style Campy 10 speed time trial shifters. The effort it takes to click through the shift stops seems excessive to me. Not really what I expected from a Campy product. Any body have experience with these? Will they "break-in" or "loosen up" with some use?

I have been using their 10-speed TT shifters for a few years - Yes, they are quite "notchy" early on, but they seemed to loosen up with use (or I became used to the feel).

Personally, I prefer the "notchy" feel.

Use 5mm der housing, little bit of thin lube inside the housing, make sure the routing is smooth, long enough. These are a bit notchy when new.
