cateye micro wireless help

I've had a cateye micro wireless for a year and the battery went dead..replaced and reset everything..added my total odo.. Everything works as it should except total odo doesn't work.. It is in bike mode (a) for all modes including odo.. Any help would be appreciated..

How long did you ride your bike since you recalibrated the computer? The last digit changes every 100 m. So if you just spin the wheel for a few seconds, you will not see any changes.

Thanks but it has 5 digits.. 1488.8 It advanced 2 miles but I rode 12...I think I will reset it to zero..
