in worldcyclingarchives there is climb to Aprica and it averages 10%

That's probably the west side. You should check for the east side starting in Edolo.

For 6% climbs I would say la Toussuire, Courchevel and Andorra Arcalis. All have featured in the Tour lately; so it should be no problem to find some footage on Youtube.
 
Lautaret might qualify? 3,8% average with profile:

Many climbs have 3-4% at average. Montevergine, Super Besse, Agnello from French side... but what a topic starter wants to compare? :)

wow i wish i had something like that here, 30 km climbing low gradient that's perfect for base training
there is a similar climb here but it's only 10 km :(
