I just want to commend Denis Menchov for being my favorite rider and I hope he does well in this year's TDF.

I am also glad that Lance charges were dropped seeing that he never tested positive like Contador. Lance's legacy remains. He is the 2nd greatest TDF rider of all time behind Menchov(personally because menchov is my favorite rider), and greatest American cyclist

On another note I would like to thank the sport of cycling for issuing the ban on Contador and taking aways his undeserved winnings. This is a victory because it shows that cycling will not tolerate cheating to win, no matter how big of a name you've made for yourself.

I never bought the whole "I ate some bad steak" excuse so while some Contador fans are heart broken, they probably realize now that they were not fans of Contador, but fans of a guy that did illegal drugs / doping to win.

Contador was just an illusion of greatness defined by late night doping during rest days, etc. I think his career is done for the most part. And this is good. Stick a fork in that guy, he's done. We don't want cheats in our sport, and were glad that cycling is taking the steps to make this sport clean.
