Even his Holiness, Eddy of Belgium is saying he's got to pass through the process. A faint but promising signal that the Spanish Federation isn't taking this seriously enough.

I am not willing to ignore anything. Including these multiple positives you cite that were administered out of competition by a freaking reporter.

This mountain of evidence you suggest just further illustrates the logic that doping is a major problem in the sport. But none of that means ANYTHING unless cycling is actually willing to sanction a positive.
