Well, as I posted in another thread, this case suggests UCI/ASO/etc mafia works in a similar way Putin operates russian oligarchs - they are all guilty for their "road to wealth" so anyone disobeying will immediately face the investigation and will "rightfully" go to jail. And they all know it's hell real, at least since Khodorkovsky's case, which on the other exposed Putin completely. So the only hope is that this case may evolve into some kind of "Kreuzigate" and open the eyes of the wider public, journalists, etc. And people may little by little begin to realize where the core of the problem is.

I couldn't have said it better. We need a list of critical journalists and other cycling dissidents. They have to be legitimate, not just an random blogger (unless it's a reputable blog). Kimmage can't be the only one. Not many dare to question the UCI.

Saxo not allowed to start tdf.

Uci conspiracy.

Fire crookson.

I am reading some stuff on the Pasión Ciclista twitter account about Tinkoff having to change their jersey. Not sure how reliable the source is but anyway, the story is that the Tour organizers want them to change the color of their jersey or re-design it (with less yellow). They were notified a couple days ago. The jerseys need to be ready on Wednesday but that is going to be a problem.

FWIW random bloggers are going to be your only safe bet. Why? They don't need access for their stories. Benson at CN is about as close as one can practically get. There are probably one or two others.

Meanwhile, sportswriters who are getting paid to write must go where the money and audience is and be friendly enough to be granted access for stories.

I can't be bothered to find the story at Inrng, but he/she did a great series on ASO and their change in editorial policy that might be helpful to read.

Rogers let off, no understanding of levels of Clen or B sample result.
Froome 40mg of steroid to win a stage race
No TUE committee
Constant remarks about legacy etc.
Agostini 15 month suspension for 0.7nanograms of non PED substance.
Froome requesting more testing whilst ingesting horse steriods.
Sky riders in odd passport cases with strange press release about science studies and the like.

- appears if anything anti-doping has gone underground with less transparency than the McQuaid era. In fact it appears Cookson and Froome just use Armstrong as an excise to constantly remind that things used to be worse.

Cookson in my mind is a joke on anti-doping.

Brian Cookson thinks ZTP is "delusional"

“I think if we’re 100 percent honest about it, I don’t think we could run men’s pro road racing without some people who at some stage in their career had some contact with doping,” said UCI president Brian Cookson, speaking with VeloNews in his office in Aigle, Switzerland. “To pretend that we can is a delusion, really.”

I'm glad he see's that cycling's doping past can not be brushed away with "Zero Tolerance Policies"....

And lo, the Angel of the Lord did come upon him and say, 'I'll be taking that fit and proper' promise from the manifesto and putting it in the bin with the minimum wage for women, shall I then? Sure no one remembers what you promise when you're standing for election."

Cookson says the Russian cyclists in the peloton are clean!

Anyone that had any questions about Ilnur Zakarin can be rest assured that he's racing clean this spring when team Katusha unleashes him in Paris-Nice ect...

Does anyone else share Brian Cookson's confidence in RUSADA?
Cookson told Sky Sports News in Britain, however, that he has confidence in the Russian Cycling Federation, that they are doing the right thing and are not covering up any illicit activity.

Cookson is almost at "never tested positive". I think he might get there.
