Have searched for and listened to a few cycling podcasts over the past months. There are a few American based ones out there which are ok but not really my cup of tea. I'd have to say the Velocast (iTunes or http://www.velocast.co.uk) is superb and during the tour (when they went nightly) became essential evening listening. Anyone recommend any others - always look for a mix between pro cycling news, bike and gear updates, and some humour thrown in.

For cycling podcast fans, worth checking out a relatively new podcast - Flammecast (http://www.flammecast.com & available on iTunes). Excellent pro-cycling weekly cast which is going from strength to strength. Episode 5 has an interview with Gerard Vroomen, co-founder of Cervelo which is very interesting. Even got an Irish co-host as any good cycling panel/commentating team should have!

Haha, knowing the origins of flammecast it will be well worth the listen.

Yeah I got onto this thread and listened to Real Peloton and Pro Cycling Live or something but I just cannot stand the British angle of things farrr out
