At 4.55pm CET today (2h from now), the live coverage of the Kalmthout cyclocross will start. It's not Superprestige, it's a lone cross.

I love this parcours too. However, it's strange but every time there's a Superprestige event, my connection to the VT4 site "mysteriously" dies about 10 minutes prior to the broadcast and I have to find alternatives. Gotta love Telenet.

Double header weekend with Hasselt tomorrow too. Yay!

Yup I had the same problem. Hence I rather used Sport-livez, lately. But in Brussels, I have VT4 on the telly. So no more problems.


KP, back to back wins in Hasselt. What a race by Meeusen. And Mariusz Gil has really greatly improved this season.

It was really amazing! Best race of the year so far for me. I was super nervous the whole time and I found myself getting really pee'd off every time Nys left a gap. What would Albert's presence have done to change how it went, I wonder...

Hard to get any separation in this race, even with the hill.

Peeters has ridden a great race. He's due after some bad luck this year.

Pauwels crushing it again. Great weekend for the mild-mannered KP.

Pauwels is much stronger than anyone else at the moment.. Happy to see Meeusen up there though Both races this weekend were pretty interesting, though I hope Stybar will become more of a challenge to Pauwels later in the season.

Bit of an anticlimax at the finale today, apart perhaps from Wellens' podium attempt. Kevke is still on fire but I think that's also because Sunweb's most consistently in-form new signing this year was Dry Weather.

Meeusen is putting on a chasing clinic. he's been chasing the last few laps like crazy with Aernouts and Simunek.

Nice race, excellent sprint by Nys. Meeusen was again great during that chase, surprisingly good third by Peeters as well. Weird team tactics there though: Peeters attacking at the front while Meeusen was trying to get back on. But on the other hand, Nys and Pauwels were just the best two, third was the most they could have gotten out of it.

Stybar loses a lot of points here, Nys taking control.

Pauwels rode wheels a lot of this race. He was fortunate to have Vantornout up there with him. Nys has really improved his sprint.

Stybar tends to ride very aggressively early in the race and then fade as the race develops.
