Suddenly he isn't a sprinter anymore, according to his team.

I heard somewhere that he swallowed a bee just before the tour which then stung his insides and caused some sort of damage. Cant find any links to this on the internet though.

yeah, but Milram are just freaking me out. Obviously all of their riders are on the minimum plan, and Ciolek is showing that he is pretty ordinary, not the wunderkind he was touted to be. This raises questions on what the heck he was doing at Columbia last year.

Speaking of Columbia, I'm interested that Tony Martin can stay with the leaders on the climbs and leading the sprints out at the same time. Surely he will lose time in the Alps.
