Here I am!

The name has never been officially released, so that anything I would write would be purely speculation and giving a name could put me in legal trouble.

However....

The Austrial team RC ARBO Wels Gourmetfein announced last night that the person "most probably" is Christof Kerschbaum, who has been with the team since 2007. Team management and teammates have been unable to get in touch with him for days, and he wasn't at a mandatory team press conference on Thursday.

They also said that they had fired him. Plus of course that the presumption of innocence applies.
