We had a 7.1 at 4:35 this morning - quite full on.

There have been some reports that that people staying in the CBD have been evacuated. If anyone has friends or relatives travelling in NZ, that are facing a night in a school hall, or otherwise stuck, we have a couch to surf. PM me.

Another after shock now - the novelty has worn off already!
