I thought this was a great podcast interview with Andrew Knowlton of ‘Bon Appétit' who embedded with EF Education First (I believe) during the tour to see how they and other professional cyclists eat during the tour. How some work at making their intake interesting, and how others shovel in white rice in huge quantities. The big takeaway was how eating becomes part of the job of being a cyclist during the Tour.
