She's a World Champion, and she's won three WT one-day races in a row.
She needs a thread!

It’s starting to feel like “worthy champion” is talking her down. Like “worthy champion” is something you say when Mads Pedersen wins G-W; “this win proves that Mads is a worthy WC.” In Balsamo’s case it’s just a coincidence that her WC happened to be her first really big win, because it looks like she’s going to finish with a load more.

Shows what a difference a good team makes. Absolutely on fire now with Trek segafredo, her only opposition right now in sprints is Wiebes.
Be interesting to see if she gets over the hills in the Ardennes(?)

Not to mention the fact that she's also a great track cyclist.

Not racing related, but she graduated - dunno from where, though - and got some pretty nice headwear:

Just to keep it cycling related; impressive she had time to study, while doing this:

Of course, she was only 68th in GW.
Italians make that kind of show even for a BA degree and you can call yourself doctor with that already...

That said, Italian parties after getting a degree are wild. Stuff like taping a bottle of wine on each of your hands and only removing them after you have empied them...
