Entry level air fork suspension suggestions

Hi All, Can anyone suggest an entry level air fork to replace this one on my hybrid bike?

Suntour NRX D HLO. 63mm. Hydraulic Speed Lockout / Preload

I won't be doing anything extreme with it. I'd like to have a stiff adjustable suspension that will mostly be used for smoothing out the bumps on the road and gravel trails.

i would switch from Suntour to RockShox - Paragon Gold RL would be nice upgrade and won't ruin your wallet...

Do you have a good relationship with a LBS? If so, work with them, if not search the www (ebay, Jenson, bikewagon, Amaz...) for deals. The 700c fork range is somewhat limited (especially disc), but they are out there. Glass is correct, but if you just plan to play on paths and light trails, you can get another Suntour fork for less than $100 whereas the Rock Shox will be $50-100 more.
