what' that sign she's making up there?

It's a heart. It was a pre-planned thing for all the Italians, to do with compatriot Marina Romoli's horrific accident earlier in the season. If you notice, she has a piece of tape on her right glove but not on her left, because the Italian team all had letters taped to their right palms reading "GO MARINA".

Funny we dont see that many complaints about "Flechas lame arrow celebration".
When your name is Flecha, we'd only complain if you didn't celebrate like that.

My favorite is by far this one:

But since several people beat me to it, 'll go with Stage 5 TDF instead, as it's a close second.

Why is the dude second from left sprinting unclipped?

Cramp. He (Romain Feillu?) is already past/on the finshing line there. Hushovd didn't dare salute until he was well past the line.

Hushovd one minute after he crossed the finishing line: I'm in pains, I'm fatigued and I've got cramps all over. It was fantastic!

Lots of cramp among the cyclists at the end of that race.

That's my favourite of 2010 too, actually. :p Does he a) not quite believe it, or b) pity the fools behind him? Maybe it's a bit of both. But that expression is a lovely thing. No sunglasses, no time for self-composing in the last 200m. Just real. :)

(Here's the pic but really, watch the video, folks!)

Indeed. It almost looks like he is apologising for his win, admitting that he wasn't the strongest, he simply attacked at the perfect moment while the others were watching each other. I think he said that in an interview afterwards as well.
