This is probably the website with the most cycling manager games per year in the world, with 100 races to compete in this season.
The site is currently in Norwegian, but it will soon also feature an English version.

The rules are very simple. The 30 best riders per stage score points - the stage winner gets 100 points and 30th place earns 1 point. At the end of a stage race, the 30 best riders in the general classification score between 200 and 2 points. For grand tours however, the GC winner scores 400 points. For normal stages there are no substitutions during the race, but during grand tours you can switch riders on the rest days. But remember that to score GC points at the end of the Giro d'Italia, the rider must have been in the same position in your team during the entire race. The riders have different roles in your team, the captain scoring more points than the rest of your selected riders. Other than that, the riders can earn points for wearing jerseys from day to day, but the points system isn't much more complicated than that. Check it out:

I'd also say that the level of the active players is quite high. There's been more than one occasion where I've picked 4 of the top 5 finishers and still wasn't close to winning.
