Fish oil vs. flax oil-redundant?

I will be taking this fish oil supplement to help with my cholesterol issue...

...and was wondering if I should also take flax oil-

Will this be redundant? I've heard good and bad things about flax oil.

So, any thoughts on this?

why not just take ground flax? the omega three that makes up flax (Alpha Linolenic acid or ALA) is different from the EPA and DHA in the fish oil. Your intake of Omega 3's would help to balance your Omega ratio, compared to your omega 6's and 9's, which there is plenty of in todays grain based diet. More Omega 3's, a broader spread of them, and more fiber in your diet. All +'s in my opinion.
