Forum crash today

So why did it crash and what steps are being taken to ensure it won't happen again? Surely there will be races with huge developments like today in the future. It's the worst time to be down, when the action is Hot!

Yep same for me...it lasted for about 2 minutes.

Sure not uncommon to crash on a big stage. Wait til the TDF circus to begins

Yeah but they are on new software now. It was supposed to stop the crashes. Or so we were told!

The forum went down for me one day during a Giro stage last week, and of course again today. Same thing both times: white screen, bad gateway message.

I have got the bad gateway message at other times as well. Sometimes I have got it, and a couple of seconds later the page loads okay.

Aaand we're back. Hopefully with enough gas to get us through the Giro.

We will also look at improving things before the Tour as it's going to be busy.

I had a bad gateway error a little while ago, could not access any pages on the forum. Anyone else have the same problem?

I just got the bad gateway error too. It lasted for about 5 minutes where I couldn't access the forum at all.

Here's the error:

502 Bad Gateway
