their carbon frames arent revolutionary in concept or design. they dont claim to be a hand made bike like some of the internet chatter suggests.

However where they shine is personalized fit and build kit. Its a group of guys who are totally dedicated to making the bike buying experience personal and affordable and have figured a way to bring a quality carbon frame and custom fit to customers at a reasonable price. In addition they strive for a long term relationship with the customer which is rare in the industry. The Franco people really are cyclists and arent afraid to admit that cycling should be comfortable

I also like how candid they are about the type of bike one should ride given the type of miles one puts in. The more relaxed geometry and larger headtube bike is a good option in an industry that fronts race tech like it the only way. Certainly the bigger brands have these too.

Another company like this but with an altogether different vibe is Ritte. But ritte selling vibe and not ashamed to admit it. Interesting that Franco and Ritte are almost neighbors ...kinda but not related other than they both seek out a carbon mold to suit their needs.

there are others but both imho bring a little customization to an altogether generic carbon industry.

Anyone? Anyone know anyone?

I too would like to hear opinions anyone might have who has ridden a bike by this manufacturer.

one persons opinion of ride quality does not a review make. Its carbon its going to be stiff and light and the reputation they have developed is quality product and service. compare head and seat angles and fork rake to other bikes and to bikes you have ridden in past. top tube length will be dictated by the former since its a mold etc that is what will make measurable difference in your preference. If you are really savvy BB height and chain stay length will tell you what you need. hmmm

Actually, I asked for opinions from anyone who has experience with that particular bike, thank you. I did not and do not need an opinion on what I am asking for. No offense meant Boeing, but you know squat about me and I don't not know squat about bicycles, so my post still stands.

I repeat, if anyone has ridden a Franco what is your opinion? I have looked at the specs and that is why I am interested in hearing any opinion someone might have who has thrown a leg over one of their bikes.

Agreed, but in my neck of the woods I have only seen non-males ride them, not sure if that really means anything but just what I've seen...
