Hey,
has anyone a link to a good article/essay etc concerng the French Anti-Doping program. I'm looking for an article in either German or English. I'm especially interested in their preventive program. I remember watching a documentary on German TV on it, where was emphasized that they believe their prevenetions to be at least as important as testing. I also remember they held anti doping camps for young athletes, have an anonymous hotline etc.
It would be really great if someone could head me to something. Thanks in advance.
