French police break up international doping ring

The group sold anabolic steroids over the Internet in Europe and the United States, counting nearly 10,000 customers in France alone, the French Sports Ministry said.

A judicial source said the group had nearly 200,000 clients in Europe for its steroids, which are used for developing muscle bulk.

investigators have also uncovered money laundering operations in Germany and the Netherlands.

It's great to see this happening across Europe, no matter what sports are involved. Oh, there were Americans too! But over 200,000 clients is a massive haul, especially when you have credit card data and delivery info. It's like Joe Papp's list X1000. And there's the money laundering in other countries to make it extra interesting.

Apart from that I'd already posted a thread on that in the Clinic at about the same time as DAOTEC posted on it in the General News part. If DAOTEC creates a thread on it, I propose a merge (since at the time of writing there were 0 responses to mine anyway).
