Gent/Ghent Training Rides

I'm looking for a training rides around Gent. I know of the one at the Canal at Adolphe della Faillelaan bridge. But at what times do these start and what is the schedule?

Any other rides out there please post?

Sorry, can't help with Gent - that's outside my area. I mostly ride alone anyway.
