Still a long way to go, George.I rode 30 hours, 20,000 vertical meters with effort sessions like I’ve never hit before. I’d shaken a kilo and mentally reached a new height.

But his brief acknowledgement to the history of the sport (you really mean current day too) as to why people would ask questions about him, then to go off firing shots against fans a'la Wiggins 'you're all bone idle wkrs', is not really doing him any favours. Be more angry at all the dopers and doping enablers in the sport.
