Try cyclingtorrents.nl Great site that allows you download cycling races via bit torrent protocol. Just head over there and have a look. Even if you don't know how bit torrent works, there are guides, stickies and FAQs on how it works and so on.

I'm a member there but i wouldn't have a clue if the site has them or not. Even if they don't, if you would like to share some of your own collection or expand your own or start your own collection, this is the place.
