Giro virgin seeks help

I'll be in Italy for the end of the Giro, planning to see the final two stages. I'm staying in Trieste and plan to drive to the Zoncolan stage.

Can anyone advise what time the road will be closed and when it will re-open?
Is there a source of stage start and expected finish times anywhere?

RCS doesn't put much info until very few days till the start so I guess right now it wont be easy to get timetables but keep an eyes on website like this.

As for a stage like Zoncolan, they might close the roads even 1 day in advance, and you can go up just by walking or bike.
